How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. However, delays may occur due to customs clearance, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking details within 48 hours of your purchase, please contact us at contact@hairsystemshop.com.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We are not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any hair systems or related products once they have been purchased. This ensures the integrity and quality of our products for all customers.

What if my hair system has a manufacturing defect?

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your hair system, please contact us at
contact@hairsystemshop.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request clear photographs or videos showing the defect and proof of purchase to assess your case. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.

3. How long does it take to process a refund for a defective product?

If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect, it will be processed within 14 days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

How long does a hair system typically last?

The lifespan of a hair system depends on the base material and how well it is maintained. Lace systems last around 4-6 weeks, skin (polyurethane) systems last 4-8 weeks, and monofilament systems can last 3-6 months with proper care.

How can I make my hair system last longer?

To extend the lifespan of your hair system, follow a proper cleaning routine using sulfate-free shampoo, avoid excessive heat styling, use the right adhesive, and store the system properly when not in use. Gentle handling and regular conditioning also help maintain its quality.
